03What Personal Data We Collect

3.1 Data You Provide Directly

When you register or use the Platform, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number and correspondence address.
  • Business name, company registration number and VAT number (where applicable).
  • Vehicle details including registration number, make, model, dimensions and photographs.
  • Bank account or payment details (processed via Stripe — we do not store full card or bank account numbers ourselves).
  • Advertising artwork, images and creative materials you upload.
  • Messages sent through the Platform's in-app messaging system.
  • Profile information including route details, pricing, availability and reviews.

3.2 Data We Collect Automatically

When you visit our website or use the Platform, we automatically collect:

  • Your IP address, browser type and version, operating system and device type.
  • Pages visited, time spent, links clicked and other usage data.
  • Referring website or source.

  • Match Fleet Owners with Advertisers and facilitate bookings.
  • Process payments and payouts through Stripe.
  • Arrange the production, printing and application of vinyl wraps.
  • Send you booking confirmations, payment receipts, campaign updates and other service notifications.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your queries or complaints.
  • Enable two-way reviews between Fleet Owners and Advertisers.
  • Monitor for and investigate fraud, abuse or policy violations.
  • Analyse usage patterns to improve the Platform's features and performance.
  • Send you marketing emails about new features or offers, where you have consented. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking 'unsubscribe' in any marketing email.
  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

06Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with the following categories of recipients:

6.1 Other Platform Users

Certain profile information (such as your name, vehicle details, route information and reviews) is visible to other registered users of the Platform as part of the marketplace function. We do not share your financial or contact details with other users without your consent.

We work with carefully selected third-party suppliers who process data on our behalf, including:

  • Stripe — payment processing and identity verification.
  • Email and communications providers — for transactional and marketing emails.

  • Print and vinyl wrap production suppliers — who may receive artwork and delivery addresses.

07How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Booking and transaction records: 6 years from the date of the transaction (in line with UK tax and financial record-keeping requirements).
  • Marketing data: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
  • Website analytics data: up to 26 months.
  • Dispute and complaint records: up to 6 years from resolution.

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
